Manuals and Documentation

Manuals matter more than most owners expect. The maintenance schedule, the correct oil viscosity, the belt routing diagram and the torque values are all in there, and guessing at any of them is how a small job becomes an expensive one. Keep the manual with the machine, not in a drawer in the house.

If yours is lost, we can usually locate the correct document by model and serial number. Bring both, or call with them, and we will point you to the right version. Parts diagrams are especially useful when ordering, because they show exactly which bolt, spacer or spring belongs where.

For engine-specific service, the engine manufacturer's manual is separate from the equipment manual. Both are worth having.
